We are sure you'll be delighted with all your purchases from So Gifted. Our 28-day Returns Guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition as sold within 28 days of the date you received the item. Please call customer services on 01763 241111 between the hours of 8.45 am - 6pm for a personal returns number to allow us to process a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s).
Please note that we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. If your goods arrive in a damaged or faulty condition, we will happily re-issue them or offer a full refund whichever you prefer. Please allow us 14 days to receive returned products. If the product is not available for replacement, So Gifted may either substitute it with a product of equal or higher value or refund the purchase price including your original So Gifted postage charge. We aim to respond to all telephone and email queries within one working day. These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Withdrawing from Purchase By law - you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.
