Delivery Information
For orders under £100, standard delivery within the UK costs just £3.95 with next day delivery being £7.50 (for orders received before 12.00 noon). There is FREE delivery on all orders over £100.
If goods are in stock, we aim to deliver within 3 working days from time of order although in reality we usually turn around orders within 24 hours. Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm , Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and will need a signature when the delivery is made. We use Interlink Courier Service (next day) on all but the smallest items, for which we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Delivery will be attempted once, if you are out a card will be left letting you know delivery was attempted and an SMS message sent if possible. Re-delivery by the courier will only be attempted once. We cannot leave parcels with anyone else or in another location unless an alternative is specified on the order.

Most goods are despatched to you from stock, though some bulky items are despatched directly from our suppliers. The delivery times quoted are dependent on whether stock is available. If your order is made up of a combination of the above items / delivery services, then deliveries will be made separately.
We now deliver throughout mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, BFPO addresses, France, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
